What happens if you have to cancel?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations received before 8th February 2008 are subject to an administrative charge of £250 per delegate. If payment has already been made, you will receive a refund less the administrative charge. If payment has not yet been made, the original invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice issued for £250. We regret that cancellations or bookings received after 8th February 2008 cannot be refunded or credited and the full fee will be due for ALL registrations submitted. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time. All substitutions must be received in writing.
