The
Polish Real Estate Federation (PREF)
is an independent professional
organisation incorporating 25 regional associations,
whose members are close to 2,000 representatives
of renowned real estate agencies and property
management companies. The mission of PREF is

TBI-BAC
REIT is the first real estate investment
trust in Bulgaria and one of the first in Eastern
Europe. TBI-BAC REIT was licensed by the Bulgarian
regulator (Financial Supervisory Commission)
in January 2004 and is already listed on the
Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Currently its capital
is just about EUR 650,000 but it is planned
gradually increasing of the capital to EUR 75
mln within the next few years. TBI-BAC REIT
