Moderator: Tim Westall
Tim Westall is a specialist in strategy and innovation who has worked with many leading brands in the consumer goods, financial and professional services worlds. He now works with leading international brands, assisting them to turn customer insight into strategy, products and services that make a difference to their customers.
Tim combines insight skills and creative idea generation with business implementational know-how to deliver fresh thinking and the ability to bring that to life for customers. The clients he has advised include Adidas, Barclays, Braun, Deloitte, Hays, Nestle, P&G, PwC, Sainsbury’s, Staples, Symrise, UBS and Unilever.

Round Table on B2B Strategy
Moderator: Laurie Young

Laurie Young is an international specialist in the marketing and selling of services and one of the few independent advisers to the professions who has himself been a partner in a leading firm, as a global marketing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Laurie’s career has also included senior positions with BT and Unisys and he now divides his time between advising blue-chip international firms and speaking and writing on service marketing issues. His most recent book, From Products to Services, charting the key steps in moving from product manufacturing to service provision based on the experience of market leaders from IBM and Unilever to Ericsson and Nokia, was launched by Wiley in April
