What happens if you have to cancel?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations received before 16th May 2009 are subject to an administrative charge of €300 per delegate. We regret that cancellations or bookings received after 16th May 2009 cannot be refunded or credited and the full fee will be due for ALL registrations submitted. This is the registration for above stated persons only. Any changes to this booking will result in an additional administrative charge. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time. All substitutions must be received in writing.
