"The
movers and shakers of the Ukrainian Real Estate and
Construction industry have gathered all together
under the same roof and at the same time!”, Kerem
Cergiz, General Director, Chapman
Taylor, Ukraine
The Ukrainian Real Estate Summit took
place from 24th – 26th November 2008 at the Premier Palace
Hotel in Kyiv and once again firmly re-established its
status as the largest and most powerful conference dedicated
to the Ukrainian Real Estate market, attracting over 350 attendees
at a time of the global financial and economic crisis.
The Ukrainian Construction
Association would also like to thank Adam
Smith Conferences for hosting a highly anticipated Anti-Crises
Roundtable Discussion Group within the Ukrainian
Real Estate Summit. The Roundtable was
moderated by the distinguished industry leader Lev Partskhaladze who
is the Chairman of the Board of the XXI Century and
Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Building
Association. The debates were fully dedicated
to anti-crisis measures for preventing negative effects
on real estate and construction industry in Ukraine. (In
the past three years, under the Ukrainian Building
Association has prepared several draft bills
and initiatives, which have received positive feedback
in Minregionbud and the special-purpose
Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.) |
